I started personal training with Gary at U RISE Richmond Personal Training about a year ago and in that time I have seen tremendous improvements in my body composition, strength and overall fitness. I recently started to play badminton and was looking for personal training in Richmond to specifically improve my strength and conditioning. Before I couldn't last the whole game, now my team mates are even wondering where I get all this energy! My smashes are really deadly now too with the shoulder strength training we do with Gary and my flexibility in my legs are noticeably better. I was quite stiff before, and worried about getting injured. But this is not an issue anymore. I recommend U Rise Personal Training to anyone who wants to get better in a specific sports.
