Highly recommended The Urban Dentist, if you are someone who is nervous about having dental work, they will look after you well. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly, I’ve never had a negative experience and I have had extensive work done here. Dr. Kwong does excellent work and is very attentive to his patients, I’m very lucky to have found this place.

One of the part-time dentists named Carmen absolutely strangled my gum with dental floss and told me it's not gonna leave damage, the pain I felt was purely due to inflammation. After I got home and looked up online, literally every medical site warned against putting pressure on gum while flossing. I can still see the flaccid, dented tips of my gum between every tooth. This seemingly cheerful lady turned out to be a careless quack and made me lose trust in dentistry. Horrendous experience.

Dr. Kwong and the staff at the Urban Dentist are simply the best! I have been a patient for several years and Dr. Kwong is by far the best dentist I have ever had! Not only is he an amazing dentist (and best needle giver ever), but he truly cares, is kind, and always understanding one’s circumstances. Going to this office is always a joy (which is rare when it comes to having to visit a dentist!) and Dr Kwong is not only extremely skilled but also gentle... I literally fall asleep in the dentist chair... the office is so warm, welcoming, and relaxing! Being greeted by Barb at reception immediately puts me at ease and Freda is lovely when cleaning my teeth! I feel very fortunate to have found The Urban Dentist years ago by chance when I had an infected wisdom tooth and they rushed me in as an emergency appointment. I love this dentist office and the entire team! Thank you for everything you guys do!
