Tammy Morin Nakashima is the best notary in B.C. bar none. She is more knowledgeable than any lawyer I know and any one using her will have every detail looked after and the transaction will be flawless. I cant say enough about how great she is. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

Tammy Morin-Nakashima's attention to detail goes above and beyond the call of duty. Her knowledge and expertise leaves you feeling safe and in good hands in a field that is often very grey to many.
Tammy is great to deal but her colleague Pat can be abrupt, rude, extremely unfriendly and unhelpful on the phone.
Great service, Tammy and Pat are great to deal with, they are on top of it and know their work well and worked with them twice this year and both was seamless.
Not friendly on the phone and made me feel stupid as I don't know the process to get a mortgage notarized. Guess they don't need any more work.
