A massive thank you to Dr. Lim, Dr. Ho, Amy, Susan, Juliet and the rest of the staff for all of their hard work and help. I started off six years ago, yes, six years! My teeth were all over the place and the staff made the adventure worthwhile and now, my teeth look incredible! Everyone treated me with upmost respect and kindness. All the staff took it a step further to get to know the patients more personally to provide a better experience. They did not have to but they still did. Overall a very very professional group and flexible with scheduling. If you feel that you want a little tweak with you teeth, they will make sure that they fix it so that you are 100% satisfied. Also, if you ever have trouble with a poking wire or anything that might bother you, you can call and they will take you in right away! If I were to do it all over again I would not change a thing. I would SUPER highly recommend this place to anyone. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO TRUST ME. Thank you Richmond Orthodontic Centre for everything!

I’ve really enjoyed my time here at the orthodontic centre. Their care and service is what made me look forward to the appointments. Each staff genuinely wants to get to know their patients in order to provide a better experience. The doctors and nurses were invested in their time to make sure that I had the teeth that I wanted. Even though I’ve been wearing braces for a long time, it was worthwhile as each appointment was filled with smiles and joy. They’re very flexible in terms of scheduling and they are ultimately a professional group of people. I would recommend this orthodontic centre to all my friends and family. It only takes one consultation to know that they are an outstanding team who is willing to give you the best smile.

My experience with the staff and doctors was the most joyful of events that took place in my life, they have made an incredible adventure through these past 3yrs. Every treated me with respect and kindness. I can now smile with confidence and no worries, a Smile I knew I always had but could never fully show. All the staff here are really nice and helpful whenever I have concerns or not. They take into consideration of the patient’s (me) feelings and needs and make alterations to see if fit. I had my braces here almost two years ago and the process wasn’t painful at all (except sometimes during my monthly checkup when they have to tighten the braces but that’s normal). Thank you!

I just had my braces removed and I feel AMAZING. The staff were very friendly, extremely professional and did their job with perfection. Furthermore, the instructions throughout the process were clear and really helped to alleviate any concerns that I may have had. I would highly recommend Richmond Orthodontic Centre to anyone wanting to have their braces done.
