As CEO I initially hired Real Balance Accounting to help with bookkeeping, however their team ultimately helped me grow my business from 4 to 20 people and to develop maturity as a company in terms in our financial systems and processes. Suzanne was an advisor and mentor to our leadership team, who rolled up her sleeves to get hard work done (supporting us through two audits - thank you!) but also worked with us to plan and implement new systems around bookkeeping, accounting, tax filing (including SR&ED support), HR, and implementation of a new ERP system.
