Very poor customer experience. I entered a parts request for a 215/70/16 tire using their online form. After 3 days without a response I called, and was happy to hear that the tire was in stock. I used to go to Ralph's all the time, so I didn't have any expectations of pleasant service, but I always liked the experience of pulling my own part from their yard, so I took my 9 yr old son hoping to turn it into a bit of a father/son junkyard experience. I totally understood when I was told that my son could not go into the yard with me. Safety 1st, no problem with that whatsoever. That's when problems 2 and 3 happened. Not only was the tire not there, but my son had to put up with coarse language in the office (presumably from staff) while I was in the yard. I searched and searched for the tire making 3 trips altogether. Twice I returned to the office where I was assured that the tire I was looking for was there. In the end, when I gave up, there was no apology for my trouble. Moral of the story: Don't trust what they tell you on the phone, and don't trust them when they tell you that it's OK for your kids to wait in the office.

These guys suck! Customer service doesn't exist. I asked him to take a quick look in vehicle to see if the part I need is on the dash and they couldn't be bothered. Just a bunch of useless people how could care less about doing their job

Service was poor, but not in the way you hope. You want a grizzled old guy that mocks you for not knowing enough about your car. This was more a 'vapid teenager' kind of bad service. I really felt like I was interrupting their texting, Prices weren't competitive either. I can pay too much, or be treated poorly, but not both. For what it's worth, it's the cleanest junk yard I've ever seen.
