I phoned the store about a fridge and stove. One of my questions was about the cost of delivery. He refused to give a quote. I told him where I lived, about the building, halls and all other questions he asked. He wouldn't answer my question about the quote. I was only allowed the quote if I came into the store. These are questions customers should be allowed to ask over the phone. He just lost my sale.

Great quality and responsive service. My fridge broke down late in the day and these guys came in first thing the next morning, identified the problem, and replaced the part within hours. They were also very professional in their communications and called for a check-up after the fix was made.

We have used this company before many times for service and even bought new major appliances from here within 6 months and I called to get service on a fridge today and the girl answering the phone was extremely rude, kept cutting me off when I was asking the price for service, and trying to figure out which business name we bought our appliance under because she couldn't search by address or phone number and was pretty much just being impossible and not helpful at all so I hung up and we've decided to go with someone else. I remember her being extremely unhelpful the last time I called too. I'm sure their service people are great but the reception person needs to be replaced or taught more customer service in my opinion and we have dealt with countless appliance companies as we are a property management company.
