Found this company pretty randomly on the internet as I was searching for bicycles. Their store is easy to find, ample parking and space for test riding. Their stock is quite good. Though I didn't find exactly the bike/parts I was looking for, I was thoroughly happy with my purchase. They also delivered my bike. They were very patient and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Guys, I bought myself a nice hybrid bike for a sweet deal from the store owners! Not only did they let me test out the bike and give out recommendations based on my personal usage, they also provide awesome customer service to everybody that booked an appointment with them. Wilson and Selina are the store owners that run this mom and pop shop styled bike store. If you guys book an appointment, tell them I said hi! Now if you'll excuse me, I gotta take my new baby for a spin in Downtown

I bought a beautiful single speed from Selina and Wilson. They were patient with letting my try the different bikes and colours that I wanted. They customized my bike with the rims, tires, and seat that I wanted right on the spot while I waited! That's not all. I got a flat tire one day on my way to work and they were kind enough to drive out to where I worked to fix the tire for me on the spot so I wouldn't have to bus/walk to their store!! I'm new to Vancouver and they literally went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They have a big selection at their store that they will open to you by appointment. If you want a particular size, colour, and model, they will pretty much build it for you and have it ready the next day. Awesome people and really fair prices for what they offer!!

I was in the market for a folding bike. Selena and Will were very helpful, They let me test ride the bikes and even allowed me to customize the bike to my liking. I explained that my need was a bike that can fit in my tight trunk space and they made it happen. I purchased the Hachiko HA-01. I am very impressed by how quick and easy this bike is to ride. Took it for a spin last night with a friend who was also impressed that it was faster then a mountain bike and was able to keep up with a hybrid bike despite the size. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a decent bike ship. Just remember that they are by appointment only.

The owners at the place are very friendly and helpful. They spent time understanding what kind of bike we are looking for and allowed us to try on different bikes without giving us any pressure of purchasing. They even helped us loading the bikes on to our car! Definitely recommend this privately owned bike shop.

5 stars without a doubt. Both Selina and Wilson are amazing people. They are very honest and try to help you, rather than win a business. The Vorlad VM300 is an absolute stunner with higher quality Shimona gear system, quality aluminium and excellent build. This is my second bike and figured out that I could go double the distance from my previous one, since it is so soft and easy to maneuver. Did a bit of mountain trail biking and it performs great. I would certainly recommend wholeheartedly.
