Their customer service is amazing however I am very disappointed with the services provided between offices. I brought my son in the see a dentist regarding his tooth ache and instead of filling it he refers me to PDG, PDG didn’t do anything to fix the problem my son was having instead gives me a UNBELIEVABLE quote to fix his whole mouth of 4500!!!! He is a child and doesn’t need any of those he has lost only two baby teeth, both dentists are not very concerning of their patients especially children, all my son needed was just a filling! Anyway luckily his family dentist got back to us two weeks after and she did his filling and recommended a small procedure that won’t cost us an arm and leg!

I have never had such horrible service ever! That reception named Josie is the worst person I have ever come in contact with. She was rude, disrespectful, and unwelcoming. When we changed our appointment she got mad at us and even raised her voice. Each time she called me it felt like I was being harassed by someone! If you try this dentist out please avoid her!

Love this place. My daugher has been Dr. Chan's patient for years. She is very nice and always gives best suggestions. And the nurses here are all very sweet. Specially I want to thank Nurse Manj, who is considerate, warm-hearted and knows a lot about how to comfort a anxious kid like my daughter. With her help my daugher finished her first thorough teeth cleaning bravely. Awesome experience!

Dr. Chan attended my daughter’s dental needs with utmost care and expertise, just in time before the COVID restrictions were set in place, had it not been for her prompt resolution of my daughter’s dental concerns, it would have been so horrible for daughter. Greatful!!
