I bought a massage chair from this store about 15 yrs ago paid over 2000. Now I've contacted them to look at it because it's not working as used to but they said they can't since its discontinued model. It could only be a small electric problem though they never even try to help us at all. They even couldn't find the model in their side!! LOL. I really regret that I should had bought Panasonic instead of Chinese OSIM. I know Japanese companies will do their best to help us for after service. You're warned.

Simply the best. Better than all the rest.
This place is very cool, lots different type of massager. I love deep tissue massager , it is very hard to find a messager fits me. Osim has a ujolly and ucozy are amazing. Massage chair are very hi tech as well. Awesome.
Very poor after-sale service! Especially the customer service phone line is always busy and the reps only tell me to wait for technical to call me to make appointment for repairing, but over month still not one contact me. 2 stars is given to the sales lady help me out to contact with their customer service department. I will not recommend anyone to purchase their products if this is how they treat their old customers.
