THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.!!!!!! Nedco has lost so many great employess due to the current management and constant staff turnover ( Thats a sign of bad management ) I wonder if the Rexel stock holders know how poorly run this arm of their holdings are run and how they treat their customers. Don't buy stock in this gong show. Sad way to see the company go. Take your business elsewhere. You will be glad you did.
Terrible costumer service. The people behind the counter cant be bothered to answer simple questions. Ask anything and they shrug their shoulders and say ask an \electrician\. I had simple questions if the parts matched. They ended up giving me the wrong parts which costed me a whole lot of time and bunch more money to get the right part. Dont open a sales counter when you cant provide the customer service.
Some of the worse customer service I've ever experienced. 3 guys at the counter all talking about baseball waited patiently to be acknowledged, finally asked if I could get some service and was told there was no need to be rude and interrupt. Asked to see the manager and lo' and behold he was the ring leader of the discussion. He then proceeded to pretend he didn't understand what I was asking for (rigid steel clamps, strain relief, and tywrap sticky backs)
