The food and portion s great. But the service can be improve. We had the private room for 10. The minimum order is 500, but the servers doesn’t take initiative to serve. We self-serve for water and even no server to refill soup into the pot. We have to self-serve to refill the soup. It’s my first time there, they charge about 3 for the sauce. I was not noticed is there fruit or not. The server who took our order looks unhappy. I rather sit outside instead of the private room. At least I get servers outside

The soup is really flavourful. Each topping was not super expensive and the serving was good. There's all you can eat ice cream, peanuts, and sauces.

First off, it is a very clean restaurant. Wasnt very busy on a Monday night with lots of staff on shift. The soup base was very flavourful and the ingredients seemed pretty fresh. The server forgot to give me my rice though, but was quick to bring it when we asked again. My biggest complaint is that on their website, it only shows an ayce (all you can eat) menu, but they dont offer ayce at all. Ended up paying over 100 for two people. So beware, this place is not ayce and it definitely can be really pricey.

The service was very good with attention to detail, but I didn't feel too well after the meal; the protein could've been fresher but it was still edible. There are better options for this price point given the competition in the area.

A little pricey, but delicious. The meat quality is good. I double dipped and went two days in a row. The special pork broth was so good.

Authentic, mainland China hotpot in central Richmond. Went as a large group and service was efficient and friendly. Restaurant interior was clean and new. The variety of Hotpot items was impressive, the make-your-own-sauce station was well kept and well stocked and the beverage options were also significant. The highlight is the super spicy, authentic Szechuan soup base. The mushroom soup was also delicious and flavourful.

They charge us extra money without willing to pay us back. Worst place everywhere! Worst cashier ever! Do not try to come!

Over-pricey. My friend and I ordered 2 plates of normal beef (30 thin pieces), 1 plate of tiger prawn (8 pieces), and some veggies, and costed us 100. Plus, the veggies didn't look very fresh.
