My XS screen was still working but the outer screen layer is broken (not the inside LCD) Original screens with a broken outside glass layer worth 50 to 75 if the inside LCD is not damaged! I asked if I can have the old broken screen back and Jacob didn’t mind But I was surprised to get back a screen that is smashed all the way inside, and the screen protector was taken off! No reason to take the protector off while replacing a phone screen I agreed to pay the price he asked for But didn’t expect that he will damage my original further so I can make no use of it, that is if the one he gave me back is mine and not a scrappy old one he had in the shop! I can no longer trust this place! And won’t recommend it to anyone

Super smooth and stress-free experience to get my screen fixed! I posted a question via Facebook messenger and got a response quickly. After waiting a few weeks, I finally decided to get it fixed. So far so good. My phone is as good as new. They even included a screen protector as a part of my replacement. Thumb up!

I had purchased a Samsung Note 9 and needed to transfer my data, replace my SIM card and apply a screen protector. I talked with Jacob ,the owner, he was a one stop shop and able to resize the SIM card so I did not have to buy another one. He was able to complete everything I wanted done at a fair price. I highly recommend him if you have any cellphone problems.

What a breath of fresh air! These kinds of service providers are hard to find these days. My brother, Aki, and I have taken our phones and tablets here for repairs a number of occasions over the past few years. Time and again, Jacob has been verily helpful and honest. He once closed his shop door and came to the car to figure out why the phone was not synching with the car. As if that wasn't enough, he refused to charge for it! If we could give him a 10-Star, we would.
