If you are at the Vancouver airport, you must try this place! I had to stop by again on my flight back home and have the Spicy Tuna “mousse” sandwich once more! I even ordered an extra one to bring on the flight and another for a friend who picked me up at the airport. Saj prepared them for me and she was quick and awesome! (It would be nice if management could set up the payment machines to receive tips for the staff.They surely deserve, and people are not carrying cash these days.)

I love this place at YVR. I always get the Tuna and avocado sandwich. It’s low cal and delicious. They can be a little slow as it’s a hand built sandwich. But amazing to travel with on the plane. They make smoothies and açai bowls too. They have a nice place to sit and eat as well.

The best prosciutto sandwich I've had. My friend also needed a gluten free option and this place offers gluten free bread. The coffee was also very good. All looked fresh. Prices are standard for an airport restaurant (a sandwich is not fifteen). See picture of my receipt. I'm sure they will do very well. By the way, we left a winter scarf at the table on Nov 6th, I hope they have lost and found service!
