The guy working was very helpful and got me a truck for my needs, albeit for just 1 hour moving furniture home, but the cube van was very dirty. It smelled of cigarettes to the point where I drove with windows down and mask on. And it was filthy. There was trash everywhere in the driver area. The cargo area was clean and empty. Only gave a star to the staff that handle rentals. They were nice and courteous. And a star for having back up cameras.
