A nice, lowkey spot with cool interior design. Nick made our night with his friendly, kind, and accommodating customer service. They clearly hire the right people here— so many places are a “make or break” just on that alone. Highly recommend it :) thank you Nick for making us feel so welcome!!

This lounge is amazing. There is customer service is 10/10 , shisha is the best in the GTA , they have many great flavours and a lot of food options.I would recommend this lounge any day !
Overpriced and too loud. The workers at the front are complete losers, and arrogant. Forgot to mention they creat their own fees to add up enough money to call in strippers after they close.
I went here this Saturday around 8, they offered me 30minimum per person It was 4 of us and i said i will spend 70 total to help you small business out. But they are so arrogant to reffuse and also gave us a bad vibe saying we look like freebies. They were not even considrate after me asking. They had ample ammount of space too eh.. Thats a shame. I didn't wanted to be rude so i just left I do not recommend such a place. Your attitude was so bad, i have never seen this before. I hope you correct these attitude issues with your staff No thank you. I can pay 1000 dollars but its not about money its about attitude.
Defs has to be one of the best shisha bars I’ve been to! Such a chillin spot with great vibes, amazing staff who regularly check up on you and make sure you’re beyond satisfied :’) 10/10 would recommend and I’m most definitely going back! Thanks to the whole staff for being so caring and welcoming! :)
They know how to treat you when you walk though the door. Great staff, good music. It's a VIBE!!
If you are craving for sheesha might as well buy it from shop and make it by yourself. Experience was horrible. All the Sheesha flavours were tasting the same.When we asked why they are tasting the same they said Peach flavour comes with pre mix Peach - mint - blueberry - watermelon. There is a rule which you get to know after ordering your first sheesha as per person bill amount should be 30. Sheesha is really horrible, my favourite burnt in 30mins. Can’t complain about staff as even they didn’t have any clue what’s happening. They might try to outsmart you but teaching couple of things about sheesha. Please I recommend buy your own sheesha or go to some different place. Wish you luck.
