I’m leaving this review to share my experience with others. Pls do not purchase any service from this merchant on Groupon. Sheeley rejected our groupon upon arrival and claimed she doesn’t accept them on weekends and urged us to pay for a full session in store which we did. I called two weeks after and she agreed I could come in to use the groupon on July 30th and asked me not to purchase for my husband on groupon but have him come pay in store. On the 29th of July, she calls me saying she cannot accept my groupon on the 30th but she will only take my husband because he’s paying in store and there’s nothing she can do. I decided to request a refund for the groupon and cancel my husband’s appointment. This is a very fraudulent act by this spa. No regard or respect because we purchased on groupon. Why advertise there in the first place. Pls beware go to other spas like lime tree. Stay the hell away from this place and also to add she’s also very talkative and doesn’t mind her business. I will never recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

I visited the spa last week and had a great experience . Sheeley Xi the owner operator gave me a deep tissue massage and one of the other girls gave me a facial. I found the whole visit extremely relaxing and even more important quite reasonably priced . I would highly recommend Oasis Wellness Centre to anyone . Mark
Lisa was my massage therapist She was very good and seems to know her field. She is actually an RMT and so the massage was reasonably deep as I had requested My only issue was that she was not always totally involved She answered her cell phone She spoke in Chinese to someone in the hallway And she left the room for a couple of minutes for some reason She was speaking to someone in the hallway
New owner is friendly and provide details info. Excellent service! I recommend to my friends for massage and facial.
I was very upset with my appointment. Apparently there is a new owner and she was the person doing my treatments. It started off ok but went downhill from there. She was on her phone and texting and she left the room to attend someone who she overbooked. Then she finally came back and the hot stone massage was not hot?? Then she started my facial stayed with me for 5 minutes then left me and went to the other customer who came back for 4:00. My facial was scheduled from 4:00 to 5:00. If she continues in this manner she will not have a client base for very long. I finally got up and dressed and left. Needless to say I would never recommend this spa.
