The person picked up the phone has no interest for finding the right paint for me. If you have no idea Cashmere is the American version of Opulence, maybe at least try to ask another person in store? Fortunately the lady at Thornhill store asked her manager and helped me prepare the paints for smooth pickup.

I was allowed in the store provided there were no more than 2 customers. I felt comfortable to browse for colours. Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me with the type of paint, the amount I would need and painting tools. I was given the exact amount of paint needed (not oversold), the paint quality was great quality and my daughter loves her ew\ room. I will definitely be returning. Thank you.
