An amazing trail, well kept, well marked, 2 to 3 hours to complete the loop about 12km. If you can get around Bond lake for amazing views. Weekdays are best, limited parking, so if you can walk there, do it, my round trip was 20km from home and back, approximately 4.5 hours. Enjoy this wonderful place.

A very nice hike around Bond Lake. You can also choose to loop around the lake which is great. There's not a lot of trees for shade but since we went on a cloudy day it was a great way to get some breeze. A majority of the trail was crushed pebbles so it wasn't too muddy or wet even after it rained the night before. We saw dogs and kids of all ages and is an excellent hike for the entire family. Parking is very limited and may be a challenging if the Yonge Street lot is full. On the day we were there, park officers were stationed at the lot to enforce parking since the lot is shared with a privately owned property that was taped off. Will definitely be back to walk the trail on the west side of Yonge next time.

Not a whole lot to see and not much wildlife spotted at all when I visited. Look for the designated parking spots on the map from the picture I posted. You may get ticketed if you find your own non-designated parking. Quite an easy walk. Air is really nice when you go further in the trails and further away from the main roads.

A beautiful trail at the end of the escarpment. Lovely views. Do not swim, many whirlpools in the water. Many enjoy fishing here

The is a beautiful place. An hour from downtown Toronto. There is a gift of a trail right around the lake.
