My children loves this place so much. Staff is very kind. Seems pretty clean. My only concern was one time some of the padding had come off of one of the ball shooters and it seemed like it could hurt someone, I informed staff at the time. I hope it was resolved.

This place is great, and clean. However I had a very disappointing interaction with the manager, we left to grab something from McDonald’s next door came back 10 min later and were told we needed to pay again. The food they have takes forever and it’s not the tastiest either. He was literally screaming at me in front of my kids and told us to pay again. This place is already super expensive to begin with I wasn’t giving in. So we ended up leaving and never ever going back which is sad cause my kids really enjoy this place. We were regulars here as well, but I feel like even if I was in the wrong, address it and let it slide one time instead of losing a customer. Anyhow don’t recommend this place so many nicer places to go that’s not so packed and customer service needs improving.

Not bad. Pretty busy and hard to keep track of the kids. Big place. Good structures and trampolines. Definitely not enough staff though.

The space is pretty big... Good trampoline area with foam pit and baseball nets. Laser tag is quite lousy, 2 of 4 mini bowling lanes are out of order, air ball fountain is out of order, kind of expensive entry, food is pricey, arcade area is decent, but obviously extra cost... They should make arcade area separate... Shouldn't have to pay 15 to enter, only to pay more for the arcade. There is also an area for toddlers

This is a great facility for children of many ages to spend time and burn energy! Lots of activities which really rival other indoor gyms, things like - arcade games, foam pit, trampolines, trampoline basketball, huge jungle gym with multiple slides, toddler area, infant area, indoor rock climbing wall, lazer tag, in-house cooked cafeteria, and more! I give them 9/10!
