It was my first massage. My husband and I went to this center yesterday. They gave us one room which is very clean, nice and well organized. The staff was very respectful. We are very happy and satisfy. The location is good with a parking lot.

Had the best massage ever in this place! The place itself is very clean and relaxing, true to its name. The masseuse was professional and was very strong, which got all the knots on my shoulders and back. She also checks in from time to time if the pressure is ok. Would highly recommend this place, I would come again.

I live 5 minutes away from Just Relax and it is my go to spa since 2015 after I moved into that neighborhood. The place is well managed and the staffs are very friendly and know what they are doing.. I love spending my time in the sauna and it is much better now after their renovations with the steam rooms and ensuite shower rooms. I really love the spacious en-suite shower rooms there and always book ahead for them. I love strong massage and my favorite girls there are Thai Jenny and Mandy followed by Tina and Nancy.

I have been a loyal patron of this place for over 6 years and this place keeps on getting better. The new management has drastically improved the overall experience by completely renovating and modernizing the spa. They now even have 2 large (I mean HUGE) rooms which have en-suite showers in them. There is also a common shower with 2 separate shower stalls, a toilet and even a sauna. Just Relax is one of the very few spas in this area that is absolutely spotless, clean clean clean....from towels to robes and even slippers have paper towels placed in them. Since I am a clean freak, going to a spa which is clean and smells fresh, is very important for me. In terms of massage, the owners are known to be very selective in hiring their staff. Being able to provide a strong and professional massage, I believe, is a prerequisite at Just Relax. Very very rarely have I encountered a spa attendant who was not up to par. Attitude wise, majority of the therapists are very friendly and accommodating to the clients'' massage requests, whether it is soft/medium/strong massage or even backwalking. The only drawback is the parking during lunch hours, it can get very crazy, however there are plenty of parking spots just to the east side of the strip mall. Do not park your car in the adjacent lot where all the bars and restaurants are, you will get ticketed for parking there, but end up visiting Just Relax for 1-2 hours :) The location itself is very central for those coming from downtown as it is right at the Hwy 7 exit of Hwy404. Lastly, always having a receptionist at the front desk is a big plus. The therapists do not need to pick up phones or look after walk-in customers during a session. Only Con: this place gets really busy on Thursdays, I would strongly suggest to phone ahead and make sure you book your favorite attendant on Thursdays.

My husband and I come here often for couple's massage or big combo (foot and body massage). The place is clean, has a nice and relaxing ambiance. The staff are polite and very accomodating. Their therapists are very good and professional. I highly recommend this place!
