Highly recommend Finest Gold Gallery, I had my engagement ring sized and they were amazing! Very passionate about the diamond industry and it shows. This is one of the very few places where the customer service has exceeded expectations. Looking for authentic jewelry repair options in GTA, I was drawn towards the piling good reviews and now I know I made the right decision because they all represent great experiences like mine. Getting to know the sentimental value of the stone on my broken ring, the team @ FinestGold - 1. Repaired it beautifully with excellent finishing on silver 2. I requested for a single strand as per my budget, but they made it double strand to ensure enough strength to hold & protect the stone, and did not charge extra 3. Delivered 2 days before due date On the day of delivery, we were delayed by traffic. To much gratitude, they waited beyond their regular store hours just so that we could collect the ring. In addition, you can also benefit from suggestions on the choice of metals/stones if you are looking to repair or customize your jewelry. The staff is educated, keen and passionate about jewelry as well as client satisfaction. Highly recommend!!

OUTSTANDING from beginning to end. Where do I even begin. I was referred to this place by another jeweller because I was looking for something specific in a short amount of time. Never did I expect to find what I needed right away but to also find a place that offered incredible service and extremely reasonable prices. The owner of the shop, Amir is very helpful and a craftsman at his trade. His jewelry is beautiful, well-made, and he will ensure that he is giving you the best deal possible. But more than anything, he himself has a heart of gold. My second visit there, is what left me feeling overwhelmed with happiness. I brought in a very sentimental family ring that had a turquoise stone that fell out and I knew I had lost forever. I went in with the hopes that I could find a similar stone to replace it. After searching through boxes of turquoise stones, I was told that there was nothing that would fit nor looked the same. I was visibly upset because I really love this ring and was hoping to wear it again. As we were about to leave, the owner of the shop told me to wait. He took my ring, and said that he was going to try something. After a few minutes of waiting, he returned with my ring and had found a temporary replacement stone that he put in. The best part - he did it for me for free and said it was because he wanted to make me happy especially since it meant so much to me. I couldn’t believe it! I am forever grateful. You rarely find such genuine and authentic service within this industry. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back.
