its a good concept but boxing was only about 10 mins out of the 45 min class and the intensity of training was quite low to accommodate participants of all fitness levels. I barely broke a sweat.. its a good place if you are just starting out on your fitness journey

Hector is absolutely fantastic.. I had a amazing time in group Zumba sessions.. Not only is Hector enthusiastic but makes sure the whole group is energetic, cheerful and up on toes.. there is never a dull moment in the whole session! Also must say, the song selection is awesome and peppy I enjoyed every minute and would highly recommend to anyone looking for fun time with a great workout!

Amazing spot. I’ve been coming here for over a year. Michael is an awesome guy, and the workout is exactly what I need. I liked it so much that I cancelled my gym membership as I found the routine allows you to push yourself as much or little as you want, which is great.
