They just canceled our appointment second time. It is almost a year my kids haven’t been checked up! A responsible clinic should take these into consideration. Bye bye Dr. Benbassat. Don’t recommend at all!

My appointment was rescheduled due to pandemic for the next 6 months. I called them at the day of my appointment to double check with them but to my surprise they told me that I did not have any appointment with their office. I was shocked. They rescheduled me for 9 months from now. Their receptionist and the whole personnel is a disaster. I would never go back to them. My experience with them was horrible. I see the response to my review. It seems you didn't get my point. the staff at your office is completely messed up. I will never return to your office. It's not the Covid that caused this chaos but your personnel .

How rude is humiliating people using heathy smiles! There are hundreds of offices accepting Healthy Smiles! Nonetheless the saddest part is seeing the real reason why you are canceling our appointment!! It is not “the current situation” but we have Healthy Smiles and you are not paid enough!! Thanks for helping us to see the “real you”

We had the worst experience with this doctor. My daughter's teeth were completely neglected. They don't do proper check ups and it turned out that her teeth had multiple cavities for years. She has so many problems now because if this doctor. This office should be closed.
