Very unprofessional! I had a T-shirt with a very small light brown spot on it from sunscreen spray. They told me that will try to remove it. I went back after few days but they forgot about the shirt and took them a week to find it due to misplacing it. After 2 weeks the shirt was ready the spot was not removed and not even a change of colour. She told me that they couldn’t remove it after trying 3 times to clean it. She did not want to refund me anything even though I was a regular customer and said that it was my fault if I don’t believe them that they tried to clean the shirt. The shirt looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. She also gives discounts for dry cleaning the shirts but she does laundry instead. I found this out because she made a mistake with my husbands shirts charging regular price in the receipt but when I picked it up and had to pay for it I told her that she gives me discount. She went back on the computer and she had to give me the discounted price but when I got home the shirts had a dry cleaning sticker with a number on it which I never saw before. She was charging me dry cleaning price for 5.99 but doing laundry instead. Will never go back. Poor customer service, THIS REVIEW IS FOR YOU GUYS NO ONE ELSE, my husband is in the system not my name.

The lady in the front that manages the store is not very pleasant or friendly at all. Not withstanding that, she’s more interested in talking on the phone then listening to dry-cleaning instructions, has lost my dry-cleaning on two separate occasions. Further, their timelines make no sense. Work that should take a maximum of just 3 or 4 days, takes them 2 weeks. Finally, they are much more expensive than the competition, which in itself is not a dealbreaker, but given the aforementioned, it is just one more negative factor. Not recommended.

Its one of the best dry cleaning I ever tried. They are very professional, good customer service and the place is clean net . I highly recommend this place for a try.
