ordered a vanity from Bathdepot on Feb 23rd, and i was promised it will be ready for March 3rd or March 4th, and its March 11th, I called in today and the response was that the vanity may come late April... if you are unsure on when your customer will get the product, why would you say this week, next week, next month? an amazing customer service. If i knew i have to wait for weeks/months to get my order i would never place an order in the first place and look elsewhere for my vanity. never seen such a bad customer service

Very pleasant when i ordered on the phone. Answered my questions extremely helpful and full of promises that sounded wonderful. But when i went to pick up my items, They were rude and made me make a trip for nothing. What is the point of an appointment if you don't have it and didn't bother to tell me not to come?. Then you are super rude about your own error when i show up, which was probably the bigger annoyance as things happen. Customer service is terrible. ** i did get my items with minimal argument over what they had promised me.. I'd be warry to go back though
