This location didn't seem to bad. There was a 60% sale going went I went there so that's a plus. They seem to have a great selection of bags to choose from. I would have given it a better rating but there products didn't really speak to me

They cheat about their return policy. They do not warn customers that they have NO REFUNDS POLICY. The price is not the on sale price and they marked it 60%off and final sale! don't go there to buy anything!!
Really bad shopping expriences ever. The sale people is really bad....They put the price showing 50%off, they just want you to buy. The listing regular price is not real, they just make it as double of the regular market price, then put 50% off. When you make payment. They will not tell u this is final sale, they stamp on the receipt, since they know you will come back for return after you find out the regular price is not real. Dont belive them and keep away from them.
Don’t know why there are so many bad reviews I had a great experience here. The owner was very helpful and friendly, helped me find everything I was looking for. I bought some luggage for my trip to Mexico And the price was pretty reasonable.
This location does not you to return because they said it was final sale. And do not believe their price, they double the price and give you only 5% discount.
They cheat about their return policy. They do not warn customers that they have NO REFUNDS POLICY. They lied over the phone that they had no refunds warning “right under my nose”, which was not true. They were very sticky and annoying when we were purchasing and they were brutal, screaming and rude when we asked for refund. Hillcrest mall has been upscaled recently. The mall has been renovated with notch level interior, inferior level stores have been removed from the mall and a number of upscale stores have been added. This dishonest and cheaply operated Baggery store does not fit into this mall. Baggery should be removed from this otherwise pleasant upscale mall. AVOID THIS STORE. They do not carry anything that Bentley or any other luggage store would not carry. And do not forget about Amazon with their honest and generous return policy and the highest level of customer service.
Horrible customer service and return policy. Purchased an Adidas bag in the store not realizing they do not offer returns I found a bag I preferred elsewhere. Any company that does not offer returns does not live up to today standards in my opinion. I would have been happy to shop here again if the return policy was different out of good customer service. Once I use my store credit I will NEVER shop and this store again, I advise anyone looking to shop here to reconsider.
Bought expensive overnight bag which turned out to be cheap because the clip attaching the strap to the bag broke after a few months (used about 3 times). Brought it in for repair and the woman behind the counter said they wouldn't fix it. In the future, I will buy from reputable establishment (ie. The Bay) that appreciates customers.
