Great experience! Very professional staff. Very detail-oriented and clean atmosphere. The consultation went smoothly and there was no pressure in purchasing any of the packages. I initially went for hair removal laser but I started my skin rejuvenation packages and my skin has never been better! Great laser, skin, and weight-loss clinic.

Very rude and unprofessional. Do not waste your time Edit for response: It was 100% mentioned the size and colour during the initial conversation. I told you during the appointment I would be willing to do treatment in smaller sections. Also it was not a consultation as we discussed. I canceled another appointment for that day with the understanding we would start treatment immediately, this is why you asked the date of my last treatment to make sure the 6 weeks had passed. During the appointment you were very dismissive and rude. Your response further proves that you manipulate the situation in order to fit your narrative.
Absolutely amazing experience! I have been in so many different laser clinics before I found Ava Clinic and in all my previous experiences either I didn't get desired results or ended up having skin irritation, slight burning etc. When I came to Ava laser Clinic for the first time I was prepared to go through the same experience but this time it was totally different! First off all the staff here are not only trained Canadian professionals but also they are holding medical degrees from outside Canada so despite the fact that they're not practicing medical care here but you are still getting a hole different level of service here which is not only professional but also feels like a Dr who is specialist in this area is handling your case. From facial laser therapy all the way to body sculpturing I have received so many different treatments and I cannot be any happier! No pain and ton of gain! That's what I got from Ava laser clinic. Thanks a million Ava Clinic team for everything!!
