I got a coupon, so I decided to check it out. I couldn't find their prices online and when I went in for my scheduled appointment, they told me it would take 2 hours to do the oil change. It took over an hour to get the report of all the things they wanted to upsell me on, before they even started work. After 20 off, I still paid 90.... probably the 195/hour they charge for labour ......on top of that, they totally changed my seat's position in the car and never discussed any covid precautions with me (I sanitized it myself after). Terrible experience, I will never go back and encourage everyone to go get better service for a fraction of the price elsewhere.....like absolutely anywhere else. A dealership would have been better.

On Christmas Eve at 2:10pm I walked into AG&R with a nail in my tire. The shop closed for Christmas at 2pm and the staff was having a celebratory lunch and were ready to call a close to the shop(thankfully for me they had not locked the door yet!). The people required to help me all stayed on and fixed my tire! Huge gratitude for AG&R's FANTASTIC customer service. Thank you so much for going above and beyond especially on a day that everyone just wants to go home and be with their families! Happy New Year to you All and many thanks!

I have been coming here since I first bought my car (used) and had them safety it. They are genuinely some of the most personable, honest, welcoming and knowledgeable people I have encountered in this industry. Need a new part? They'll look up the best price and let you know. Not sure what thing you actually need done to your car to safely drive it, and what things are just ecommended\ but not necessary? They'll tell you. As a young female I have never felt so welcome and respected in an auto shop as an individual.

I got recommended here after having a terrible experience at Canadian Tire. Sam, is AMAZING!! Very respectful and professional.. and not to mention honest. Not your typical mechanic shop where they try to scam or take advantage of you. They send you pictures of the problems on your car to reassure you. They don’t force or lie to you about what you need to get fixed.. they will tell you what you need to get fixed ASAP and what you can prolong a bit more.. definitely recommend this location and will definitely ONLY bringing my car here. Thanks again Sam!

I have been a customer of this Green and Ross location since 2013. The owner Sam and the Master Technician Danny are both honest and hardworking. Every time I have brought one of my vehicles in for service, I know I can trust them as I have never been taken advantage of. What's really unusual for this industry is to have to have an owner with integrity, commitment and honesty and that's what I get from Sam. He is an expert in his field and I respect his advice. Sam provides his customers with exceptional service along with a \Vehicle Condition Report\ that identifies which items on your car are Ok and which require attention. Those that require attention are detailed along with pictures of your vehicle supporting the wear and tear! What a novel concept! In this day and age all mechanics should be able to provide a customer with a simple pic to show you what they see once your car is up on a hoist. I have relied on Sam and Danny to fix my vehicles for 7 years and have never wondered if I was being taken advantage of - especially being a female. Thanks guys!
