I was in need of some workout equipment nothing big just a few free weights and bands since my gym decided to close down until further notice. Mike was awesome not at all pushy like other fitness places got me what I needed without the department store advice on how to train and to buy other stuff that I know I would probably not use. So with the new COVID protocol at my gym wearing a mask is mandatory. Which is great for everyone's safety. But it has been hard running and breathing with it on So I decided to start running outside which has been great but within a few weeks I started to feel tight muscles on my legs. So I decided to buy a foam roller from Flaman Fitness. Mike was great I explained my issue and he recommended a foam roller that suits my needs and also suggested some ways to stretch as well. Thank you
