I was in on May 19/2020 for a haircut after two months. I consider myself very lucky to get a cut as there was a lot people phoning and also walking in to see if appointments were available. It would be best to make an appointment to avoid disappointment because the haircuts here are good value at 17 (tax included) which leaves room for a 3 tip for a rounded amount. All around it was a great haircut at a fair price and the staff were friendly. I thought it was so funny when I asked if they had change for a 100 bill and they said just leave it all for us jokingly. This is the kind of vibe in the shop. They are doing their best to clean barber tools, chair and disinfect between cuts. The only suggestion I have is to totally close the waiting room or leave chairs outside because I felt a little anxious being that close to people again. Again, they are doing a fantastic job here with COVID haircuts in Richmond.
The haircut took a little longer than expected. Because I had to keep telling the barber what to do. I asked for a simple fade. Mid skin fade, I even showed him photos, he couldn’t blend, one side was higher than the other. I don’t mean to be rude but this was worst haircut I’ve had in my entire life; to the point where I need to put my hat on. Would not recommend.
