Empower Physio has really helped me get back to my full functional health and drastically improved my mobility!! I started seeing Adam after a dislocated knee this summer had me off work for 2 months. He really helped my knee heal and get back to full functioning! Not only that but we were able to work on many other areas of my body needing stability and I feel more stable than ever! Big thanks to Adam and the team for being so welcoming, kind, and hard working and keeping us healthy and safe during this time!

Thank you Linda for the several years of therapy you have given me! You have helped me so much with my osteoarthritis and instructing me with exercises to endure my ailment. The IMS method is terrific and I highly recommend it for anyone with hip issues! I am moving and hopefully I can find a physiotherapist as wonderful as you! Also, Natalie , the receptionist, is great as well. I will miss our little chats in the waiting room.
