I read the entire review before the appointment and was upset that I was referred to this doctor. But the reality was much better. This doctor is an introvert by himself, he says everything about the case without blabla, not rude. But this does not mean that he is a bad specialist. The doctor ran the skin test well. He determined the type of allergy, gave me an instruction sheet, prescribed drops and tablets. He answered all my questions. If you have problems or need a prescription for other drops, please always contact him.

Not an easy guy to deal with. Gives little to no information about your results. I had severe reactions to the serum and dosages, and when I sought a second opinion the recommendations, serum, and dosages were complete opposites. No bedside manner or warmth or concern. His only concern after each sentence is and I quote \ I cannot be held responsible for anything\.

These other reviews are delusional. My appointment with Dr. Chet Wong was super quick and easy. Receptionist was very nice and welcoming when I arrived. Dr. Wong asked me a standard set of questions (Existing conditions, medication, symptoms, etc.) and performed a quick allergy test. No hidden surprises, very informed consultation, and very quick appointment. I was out in 30 mins. Dr. Wong is a straight shooter, no BS. Can't recommend him enough!

To be honest I had my reservation after reading the reviews before my appointment. I found the whole process similar to another allergy doctor 7-8 years ago. Dr Wong listened to me describing my symptoms and allergy history. He took a test on my arms and confirmed what I had before. To fall on the safe side, he referred me to an ENT doctor after the appointment. The whole process took less than 30mins. Yes, he doesn't laugh or make jokes and might appear stoic at times, but I don't find him rude. If any, he's just a straight shooter. Perhaps that's not some expected from a doctor, but I found no problem with it.

Chet Wong is a terrible doctor. Rushed through the appointment and I felt like he didnt care about my well being. I was sent there by my family doctor for allergy testing. The testing center said my lungs needed a closer examination despite the inconclusive results. Chet Wong dismissed this and said the results are black and white. No problems (when really feel like I have lung issues). He didnt care. His line of questioning and examination is intimidating and almost berating. I ended up getting allergy shots and he told me basically they dont help with any allergy symptoms (why would people get it then?). After I Googled the medication he prescribed, they actually do help alleviate my symptoms (and they have). I'm not sure where Chet Wong was educated but he needs to get evaluated again...or maybe he needs to find a heart. He's terrible. Find another option if you have one. Note: His receptionist is a sweetheart.
