One of my favorite places to get bakery. Staff are always so pleasant. Great service.
Both the sweet and savoury breads we chose were good. Not great, but tasty enough. For me the issue is the service - while it's typical of the area, getting zero greeting or eye contact while I watch my (white) wife get the polar opposite has grown quite tiresome, even in Richmond. Hoped this place would be different. Happy to drive a little farther for other delicious options that come with acknowledgment and basic service regardless of a customer's hair texture or melanin level.
Had an unpleasant experience customer service in Cobs Bread located in Blundell Center Richmond. The pumpkin scones which are on promotion currently, I was Unable to find the coupon on FB page at the time in store. Asked the Staff, not so helpful. Just said "it's there". Left me there trying for 2 minutes to find the ad outside the store. Eventually I gave up. It's my own fault to mis-spell "Cobs" as "Cob". But the unpleasant attitude turned me off to support "Cobs Bread in Blundell Centre Richmond" ever again. My guess, this store does not keen on their own promotion

Delicious and very good variety of breads and pastries
The bread here really is better than everything else. I was a bit sceptical at first ("bread is bread") but we often will snack on a load of their bread like candy. The service and staff are also excellent. We keep coming back!
Great ambience a bit pricey love the concept cant some one do it on a budget model c'mon 6 dollars for bread
