Tried to enter the store at 645pm. Door was already locked, sales associate inside simply knocked on the inside of the door signaling me to read the sign that they close at 7pm. I guess only one of us can read time.

Professional and friendly staff. Sizing is limited, popular sizes sell out fast and they don’t seem to receive replenishment often. Staff were great at recommending alternatives and getting in touch when the size I needed came back in stock

The manager was extremely rude. And he doesn’t know what the customer service is. The high quality brand should have better staff

The manager was exteremly rude and no respect for clients. I asked for an exchange for a dress shirt due to a stain. And the manager firstly acknowldeged it's my right to exchange the same size of the dress shirt and then a few minutes she ate her words and told me that I had to choose whatever they have in store and it must be the same value or highe value. I have no rights to exchange the same shirt because they don't have it in stock. I told the manager that I could wait unitl they get one and they refused.

The small chinese girl kept trying to look at me up and down. As if she would be able to profile me by my outfit. I just wanted to say no one taught you that it was rude to look at someone like that up and down ? But my mother did actually raise me with manner, so I didn't.

Do Not go! I purchased a 500 trouser in Vancouver Burberry outlet on Oct 24th. My husband have worn less 5 times and found out there's a crack near the pocket. So I called the shop, the shop said they can't do anything cuz it's already been worn and no tag, I can go to burberry shop to fix but need to pay, otherwise no exchange and nothing They can do. I called the burberry customer service then, told me I have to go to the outlet shop to exchange, otherwise nothing they can do. So now I have a damaged trouser.
