We sourced all the materials for a new privacy wall from Richmond Home Hardware (btw we live in Barrhaven). We could not have been happier with the product quality, on time delivery and professionalism of the staff we interacted with. We highly recommend Richmond Home Hardware.

Was out of stock of literally the 1 size of screw I needed. Made do with a slightly different size, so it's all good. Staff is nice. Small place, but I've never been disappointed.

The people at this store are nice, but since BMR took over this location, the number and variety of items in the store has dropped dramatically. I have gone in three times in a row and not got what I needed, and had to go to the nearest Home Hardware instead. Twice was.before the pandemic.

I needed some help to figure out how to move my water taps outside. One of the girls was so helpful. I didnt see a ame tag and forgot to ask her name. I brought one of my dogs with me. Princess. They welcomed her with open arms and fed her cookies. Even tho they arent home hardware anymore... they are still the same people that love dogs.! :) Thanks for your help!!
