Poor entry management at the door. The girl who manage clients’ entrance do not even know who should be the next in line . I was patiently waiting at the door , while there was a gentleman wanted to get in to the ATM and then he realize something is wrong with his debit card . Without any line up , he just got right in with the representative’s permission. The girl who was at the door suppose to know who should be the next in line and to maintain fairness. She is the first image the client has experience with at your branch , and it does affect the overall experience regardless of how great the rest of the team are .

We will give 0 if there is an option. We came to this branch from Saskatchewan specifically for the bank records of a 200,000 draft. A bank teller who is a Chinese original lied about the searching result by saying that the draft wasn't taken out from this branch, maybe to avoid more work? The other branch on No. 3 road provided an excellent services and found out that the draft WAS from this branch. We finally got the result which is related to a police involvement. Same BMO branch, same on No. 3 road in Richmond, same Chinese bank staff, totally different attitude to customers and work ethics. The teller in this branch should be fired!

Was there to cancel one of my credit cards there and also get a bank draft. The overall service was good. The teller convinced me to get another credit card which had “no fees” and that would also waive my draft fees. She may have mentioned briefly at the end that the first year fees are waived. Today I just got the new card through mail. Looked at the annual fee and there it was - 120 dollars. Called up the card number to make a complaint and cancel the card. The agent said the annual fee is from the following year and the fees for the current year is waived. Then I remembered that the teller may have mentioned that during the last visit but I was having trouble remembering. In conclusion, I would prefer that the fees are mentioned beforehand and in a clear-cut manner even if they are waived for the first year.

Without a doubt the worst branch I have ever dealt with. Closed all my accounts after severely inept service. Even closing the accounts turned into a nightmare. Plenty of other banks out there willing to provide great service.
