Silvia is amazing! She manages our rottweiler very well when most are afraid and not even willing to take a big dog like ours. She is also adorable and flexible with hour or availability. My husband got very sick over a trip we went to and ended up needed to stay in the hospital for some time. She extended our dogs stay no problem and took such good care of our girl. It is enough I had to worry about my husbands health, I am so greatful I didn't have to worry about our dogs care!

They abuse dogs given to their kennel service. The website says it's staffed 24 hours but clearly the staff doesn't do anything!
Awesome place for a dog to be. Sylvia and alycia are true dog lovers that really know whats best for each dog that goes through their door.
Great facility! Our rescued dog went for the two-week training and came back healthy, happy and well-behaved. She no longer pulls on the leash during walks.... Phil did a wonderful job and the one hour training we (the owners) receive as well is really valuable (we are first-time dog owners). Will definitely recommend and send the dog back for boarding. I had seen the heavily publicized story about the poor dog that lost an incredible amount of weight before sending my dog there. There is another side to this story, which will hopefully come out in the media soon... and yes, they did take that dog to the vet.
