This company kept on lying to my husband and me. We paid good money to publish a memoir and the service has been poor. We finally left them after so many issues. Problem: We still have yet to receive a single dollar back from them in royalty money. We know they have sold many books, both individual and libraries, as we see that online at Amazon yet still no money to us. We paid them thousands of dollars to get our book published right, they kept messing up and a sample of that follow. Book was published April 2015. Now February 2016 and still no royalties. Honestly they kept messing up our book cover, author names, it has been a mess. Our book is a memoir of our son who fought cancer and died at age five years. This company has caused up to relive the nightmare of our child's illness and death due to all the mistakes they have made.

I filled out this company's online form to learn about what they do because I have a self published book out and for the right person their services might be good. But not for me because getting my book just in some giant online catalog, possibly on bookshelves but not guaranteed and the \privilege\ of attending some trade show weren't really a fit. When the woman I was talking to asked me if I wanted her to close their file on me and I said yes she hung up on me. Sorry to say no I know that hurts I am told no all the time as I am in sales too. But you don't have to hang up on me.
Be careful with this company. They are a vanity press just trying to take as much money as possible from customers. The quality of their production is poor and the cost of the book in retail is high. You have no control of the book. They decide on costing. Any changes made, will require additional costs. When you try to email their customer support, no one picks up. I had to experience this the hard way.
I've never dealt with a publishing company before but i am definitely not impressed with this company . They are very unprofessional can't seem to pick up the damn phone when you call. Waste of time,and money if you ask me.
