Air Canada Maple lounge is at Torronto airport. It is accessible to business class passengers. The lounge entry can be done by showing your boarding pass and the passport. They usually have a buffet system and serve vegetarian as well as non vegetarian food items. They also serve alcoholic as well as non alcoholic beverages, which are served on the table directly. The quality of food is very good, the taste is unique. They follow hygiene and clean the tables repeatedly. The staff is cooperative and quick in service. The lounge has AC section with cosy seating arrangements. The restrooms are very well maintained.

I arrived this lounge around Mid-Night for my Eva Air flight to Taipei.... Food offering is weak, compared to UA Polaris Lounge, or even many Asian Lounges. Comfort is good, tremendous legroom for each seat, really enjoy the stay. Bartender is friendly and helpful, make sure take a shower before your flight.

Food and ambience is okay. Not great but okay. When I was looking for a glass of champagne - or any bubbly really - I was told that they don't have any form of sparkling wine. Seriously, Air Canada?! Not even an inexpensive but good local one??

I had a 4-hour layover for my flight to Asia so I spent some time here. The lounge itself is quite pretty with modern decor, well-appointed seating and a full bar. What falls short and really short is the food. There's a very small buffet area with a salad and some olives and finger sandwiches; and as for hot dishes, they had a soup, some kind of a fish dish and a curry chicken which all tasted like cafeteria food. They did have a cook-to-order station which featured a shrimp linguini and that was very tasty. There was no dessert of any kind. None! The bartender was friendly and the bar has a good selection of wines and cocktails. The bathrooms were clean the staff was friendly. It is an OK lounge, I certainly would not deliberately arrive early to spend time here.

The maple leaf lounges in vancouver offer the poorest selection of food we have encountered in our travels, but our biggest complaint is the lack of customer quality control. There doesn't appear to be anybody in charge--just a few kitchen staff and on the last two occasions we have visited the lounge there have been very loud, roudy people in the lounge. On our inbound trip a group of very drunk (in the early afternoon) men created chaos and now this morning a group of loud-mouthed women are creating chaos. We found a more sheltered place by the television but this should not happen. From now on we are going to a restaurant.

They hot food selection is pretty poor both here and New York. We traveled ATW Qantas, Swiss and Air Canada flights are great, business lounge you need to your game up.

The info desk in the domestic section told me I could go to the maple leaf in international section due to having a premium economy ticket and being gold aeroplan status. I arrive to the lounge, the lady tell me I don't have the status and ask me to go through security and customs. Which I did, to be able to go to domestic lounge. After doing all that, I'm told it's not possible to do that. Then I come back to the lounge. The lady was very rude and, condescendant with me and unprofessional. It shows she doesn't like her job. Her name is Adeline. The service I received from her is unacceptable. She finally let me in after I told her about her poor service for someone of my status which would have reached the black status with the flight I am taking today.
