Made appointment ( time given by receptionist) and showed up 10 minutes early. Had to wait 50 minutes during my work hour as clinic was super delayed with patients. Super long wait last time I was here too. Clinic seemed to pay more attention to pregnant Chinese speaking women and not so much with regular patients even though they have normal “family doctors”. I would have moved if I could find another family doctor.

Speed of service: Booked 2:45pm appointment. Had to wait until 3:20 to be called in. Super slow. I don't get how they're still in business.
