I recently attended the Richmond office to have 1st Data Recovery attempt to deal with a hard drive in my laptop that had totally and unexpectedly quit working. Prior to attending I had phoned and was provided with helpful, simple and accurate information regarding price, length of time to explore the problem and (hopefully) recover any or all the data. When I attended the office soon after calling the intake/triage portion of the call was quickly and expertly attended to. About 4 days later and within the time frame I was provided previously, I was informed that ALL my data had been successfully recovered. When I went to pick the data up I was very pleased that it was precisely in the same condition and format as when the laptop broke. I am fully and completely satisfied with the work and am grateful for the assistance. When factoring all aspects of my experience I would easily and quickly recommend 1st Data Recovery to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.
