My 2 children were attending class this past spring when lockdown happened. Although it did take some time, I received half refund and also a credit for the remaining money owed for my children’s classes that were cancelled. From communication email I received it seemed everyone received refund and credit combination. Being a business owner myself and knowing what Covid has done to small business I felt this was fair and had no problem with it. My kids loved their classes and the staff has always been very good and pleasant to deal with. I will be looking to use my credit in the spring. Just though I would add a different perspective.

They used COVID to rip hundreds of people off! Only issues half refunds and cited there no refund policy!! They said they had to pay 4K in cleaning fees mean while keeping thousands and thousands of dollars of families hard earned money!!! Stay away!!!!

Took everyone’s money during covid and said as per there policy they don’t offer refunds. We are talking about thousands and thousands of dollars they stole from families. Hope they sleep well at night!!
