Very professional people. Got there with the safety valve blowing air, replaced it immediately but needed air drier too, they ordered it for the next day in the morning, they called me next morning that my truck was ready, fast, reliable repair facility. Highly recommend them!

This was the most frustrating experience I've had in 25 years of being in the trucking industry. I'm a shop foreman for a large trucking company in Alberta. One of our trucks was hauling a load of jet fuel for the forestry fire fighters. He blew a airline on Rodgers Pass from an exhaust leak heating the line. Sent pictures of the line and fittings required. A tech showed up in a pick up. Not a service truck. Did not have the correct fittings. Had to go back to Revelstoke to get correct fittings. MC contacted me about this and explained if they go back it will be overtime. Tech went back still did not have all the correct fittings. Second truck was sent out with more fittings. Finally got the truck on the road. Was charged 2 fuel service charges of just less than 400.00. With a total bill just under 2,000.00. My truck made it to Vernon and blew the same line again. Very disappointed.

They got me in on extreme short notice on a Saturday. Left turn signal to trailer stopped working. In and out
Got me patches up quickly. Took me for coffee while I waited and didn’t treat me like a idiot. Explain to me how to watch for similar problems again and how to fix on the road by myself. I really appreciate that being just a driver not a mechanic!
I have never been let down here, been dealing with this shop for many many years, and as always they been very good experts at what they do for the truckers. Wish there were more shops like this one , in CANADA. You will be amazed at the work ethics, and how clean and respectable they are towards the customer, and thier safety concerns for all that travel the road, very, very very good staff here. They don't even deserve 1 star. Very dishonest. I had to leave my unit behind as parts had to be ordered. Told me it would be 6400.00 for the parts and couldn't give me a labor price as the man that did the estimates was away. They would text or email me the estimate. I never did get an estimate. After asking repeatedly for over a week I was told I needed more parts. First it was wiring harness, high pressure pump and a computer. Once that was installed it still wouldn't start. I was told I needed injectors. After installing them it still wouldn't start. Then they said the original pump was faulty from Cat. And Cat was sending another one right away. Now its 15,000.00 when I came to pick it up the air system wouldn't work or the slides or the leveling Jack's. When I questioned he told me to sign a word order and pay or F off. Never ever go there. Dishonest as they come.
Had really bad experience with this shop not honest people they always take advantage of people stuck in problem. I know Every body works for money but that doesn’t mean to be dishonest. MC mechanical services Ltd cost me almost one grand but my problem was only for 65 they replace unnecessary parts and even couldn’t find fault in my Volvo 2016 .Guys please if someone need help from them be ready for unnecessary big bills for semi trucks It could reach up to couple grands . Thank god there are some awesome dudes (Rev Diesel repair Ltd) in Revelstoke who definitely save people from these devils .
