Exceptionally great customer service. Last week we bought in the store Yamaha 9.9 motor right from the display. When we turned it on a couple of hours later we have discovered hidden damage, that was literally hidden, and my husband noticed it by chance. Next day, when we brought the motor back to the store, we found that it was the last one of this specific model, so we were reimbursed. My sincere special thanks to Zoe. You are the Star of the place.

Stay away from this store unless you wish to get ripped off! Salespeople provide blatantly false information and merchandise is sold at prices more than 130% more expensive than can be found elsewhere. A few years ago, my husband bought two sets of snorkeling equipment at this store. Since it was a Christmas present, he specifically asked if he can bring it back if need be, and was told that he definitely could. Well, as it turns out, I decided to buy him exactly the same thing as a Christmas present. So, we ended up with four sets of snorkeling equipment for two people. However, when my husband went back to the store, they said that they could not give him a refund (even though it had been less than two weeks over Christmas and the packages were unopened) without charging him a 25% restocking fee. Seriously? What on earth is a restocking fee for? Replacing the item back on their shelves?! Their merchandise is not of any better quality than what you can find elsewhere for much cheaper AND their salespeople blatantly lie to your face and then refuse to refund your money. Rarely have I been more displeased by a customer service experience at a store. My best advice to anyone reading this would be to stay far, far away from this store! We learned that lesson the hard way.

Bought new 8 HP outboard motor from them and find out that was fill-up with over one litter of oil when the Yamaha manufacture clearly indicate 0.8 litter. This is same as you put 5 litter of oil in a car which have 4 litter oil capacity. The motor smokes out badly without apparent reason. Stefan

I had several occasions for dealing with AQUASERVICE and I have always found nice people, willing to help and with knowledge of their sector of business. At AQUASERVICE I bought two “G3” fishing boats (the first one has been stolen at the marina of Verdun…), equipped with 60 HP Yamaha outboards, GPS / Sonar, etc. I store the boat in their premises for winter and I have always found the boat ready for summer time in perfect conditions.
