The dispatcher informed me that it would be done in less than 30 minutes. Note they are not an official authorized LG repair service. The repair man told me it involved replacing a a bearing. He said it would cost over 400 and was not worth it. He said if i really wanted it fixed he would take it to his shop to do it and it may cost more. Charged me 68.92 for the 5 minutes for traveling time. I looked up the parts and the total was 40 for bearing 120 for the seal 160. For 20 an hour labor how could it cost 400
