We dealt with rental city over 12 years ago when my husband and I first go together. Got a few items, paid them off and now that we have a bigger place and two kids, we came back to furnish our new place. Have a beautiful sofa set, queen size bed and some kick butt electronic. We love dealing with the because the prices are low, they always run specials and there's never any pressure to get more. For Christmas, they even order our daughter a tablet then hand delivered it to our door, gift wrapped! Al, John and the rest of the crew are amazing and I would never go anywhere else!
I've been dealing with Rental City for many years, especially with Al and John while they were at North American. All the staff are super friendly and they always make sure I get what I need. Their prices are affordable, I would never deal with any other company. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Great staff and great place to shop at
Awesome customer service. Friendly, helpful and respectful staff. Had problems with another rental place (on their end) came to Rental City and they were very business respectful of the other company but understood my frustrations. On same day I walked out with a delivery date needless to say will be sticking with Rental City from here on out.
