Great customer service & friendly staff. Everyone that helped me was knowledgeable AF about bikes. Which is important when you're buying a bike. I felt like a kid in a candy store. But instead of selling candy, they sell bikes. Which to me, is better than candy. 5/5 Happy customer! 10/10 Would recommend.

Great products and great service. I came in for a flat tire change for my (Western Cycle-purchased) Cannondale Synapse road bike. I figured it was time to also carry a spare inner tube and small pump on my bike for my next flat. Bert was very helpful in recommending me a pump and even sold me a couple used pry tools at half price, as you guys were sold out of the new ones. Cheers, Western Cycle. Keep up the great work.
Fabulous selection of quality bikes and gear. Friendly and attentive staff. Have never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. It really shows how much the staff care about their products and setting you up with the right gear for you. Hands down, the best bike shop in Regina!
Bert is great! He was super helpful finding my girlfriend and bike. He was super knowledgeable and explained the difference between the options and if the upgrades were even noticeable. It was a pleasure to shop here!

The level of customer service you have provided in a very short period of time to my wife and I is more than exceptional. These guys were beyond awesome to deal with. I am an out-of-province customer from Morinville, Alberta, and they were the only bike shop in Western Canada that had the bike I wanted in stock. They disassembled it, carefully packaged it, and shipped it to me, all in about 3 days and did everything they could to make sure I was a happy customer. They even followed up by phone a couple times to make sure the bike was working for me. Excellent customer service! I would definitely shop here again.
