We recently adjusted our wedding plans from a full on venue to the use of our yard. Looking at rental options in Regina. Special event rentals had the best selection and pricing options hands down. When we asked for specific delivery times, they were exceptionally accommodating and were punctual to the minute on arrival. The staff were courteous and friendly to deal with. The items we rented (tables, chairs, linens, tent). We’re in excellent condition and very good quality. It made the Substantial transition from a venue seamless. Pricing was very fair and frankly a little below average From what competitors were offering of the same or lesser quality items. Extremely satisfied with the service start to finish. Will absolutely be using special even rentals again for any future rentals we may need.

Special Event Rentals made wedding planning so dang easy. They have an amazing selection of decor (better than anyone else in the city), and are so helpful with their in-person consults to help you plan out your dream setting. We rented their gorgeous harvest tables, vineyard chairs, wooden light poles, and string lights. They offer delivery pickup in the Regina area, which was worth every penny. No worrying about getting a truck or trailer to haul it all in and out! Will definitely recommend to every couple planning their wedding here in SK!
Special Event Rentals worked with me to provide sleek, plexi bars and cocktail tables for our hotel, The Atlas Hotel, grand opening event. Megan and the crew were great to deal with. Rented some items for my Birthday dinner and they never disappointed, very friendly staff and a wide range of items to select from. Also made another booking for a baby shower, was running late for pick up and the staff were kind enough to wait for me past 5:00pm.
I want to express my gratitude for the quality of services and rental equipment you provided to our client. This is my first official event with Special Event Rentals Regina and I was truly impressed. The young men who delivered our rental equipment were diligent, accommodating and took excellent care of the rentals. To my amazement, they even wiped the white stools clean before leaving. The riser was in excellent condition, the stools and tables were perfect for our needs and the table wraps made the whole room look great. The pick-up team was equally great, again, very accommodating to the people working around them who were busy resetting the room. The culture of care you have developed within your organization is palpable, I congratulate you and your team on the quality of your work. I rarely work in Regina as my clients take me from coast to coast to manage events but rest assure that from now on, you will be at the top of my suppliers’ list when it comes to hosting in my own city. I worked with Megan at Special Event Rentals for our first Passion & Purpose event and it was a joy. She helped me to choose the perfect pieces that pulled the event together and was available whenever I had a question. The options they have in their showroom are better than any other rental company in the city. Everything was dropped off and picked up by them, which made my days so much easier.
