We chose Rick's Custom Cabinets for the superior kitchen plan that Rick designed for us. When we started working with Rick, we learned just how good his team was. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and support was amazing and helped to bring our dream kitchen to reality. Rick's guidance, suggestions and, ultimately, his plan were top notch. Dayna expertly guided us through our design decisions. Dayna was also our communication link with the project and kept us informed on what would happen next. Devin kept all the sub trades organized and arriving on time. He also offered valuable advice and quickly resolved any issues. The \team in the back\ built and stained the most beautiful cabinets which Vlad expertly installed. All the sub trades who work with Rick are excellent from electricians, to plumbers, drywallers, countertop and tile installers. We are already thinking of other projects that we would like Rick and his team take on. Our experience was extremely positive and we would highly recommend Rick's Custom Cabinets.

I originally went to Rick's to get them to simply make me 2 cabinet doors ready for glass panels to get put in somewhere else. I was told to leave it with them for the day. Came back 2 days later, and nothing had been done. Was asked to speak with the owner Rick over the phone. During that call, I was insulted with him asking if I was a carpenter (asking about what I had built so far). I said no, and he said it shows. He said leave it with them another day, and a full 7 days later, after not getting any calls returned, price quotes, or time estimations, I had enough and just picked up what I had left with them. Only to find they never actually attempted any of the work in the first place (weeks later). Terrible communications.
